The service
PicShots provides tools to create event pages, collect guest-submitted photos subject to limits you set, and share galleries via links or QR codes. The service is provided “as is” and may change or pause for maintenance.
Host responsibilities
You are responsible for your event settings, who you share host or guest links with, and for complying with laws where your event takes place (including image rights and consent of people photographed). Do not use PicShots for unlawful, harassing, or infringing content.
Guest content
Guests submit photos and names under the host’s direction. Hosts may moderate or delete uploads. We may remove material that violates these terms or creates risk to the service or others.
Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PicShots disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
